ORDERING & PRODUCT INFORMATION

Phone Orders:

Please call the store at 412-586-7507 and speak with a representative to place an order.

Online Orders

Products will be available through online purchasing through our current offering.

Payment will be accepted through PayPal where we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Shipping

All payment of shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties are the responsibility of the customer (ie. Shipping from 412 in USA to another country, such as Canada– customer pays cost of shipping + Canadien duty)

If you choose to purchase online and pickup in-store, add note on the order and we will have your order ready for next business day. We will refund your $10 shipping after you pickup.

Sizing and Product Care

All products are true to fit unless detailed otherwise in the product description.

Follow washing instructions with each product for best results.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

We stand behind all of our products and thoroughly inspect each item upon purchase. All purchases must remain unworn, unwashed. Items with visible wear, smell, or self-inflicted damage will not be offered merchandise credit or exchange.

For 412 branded items, exchanges/returns for store credit will be processed within 30 days of original purchase date.

For all other branded items, exchanges/returns for store credit will be processed within 14 days of original purchase date.

Online/Phone Order Exchange and Return:

Sale items are final.

For Return/Exchange

  1. Call 412-586-7507 to confirm exchange or refund for store credit.
  2. Ship product with a note confirming the items you would like to exchange or return, and your shipping and contact information to:

All refunds will be issued store credit. Merchandise credit does not expire.

In the rare occasion that your product is damaged in transit, please contact our store at 412-586-7507. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

In-Store Exchange and Return:

Sale items are final.

For return/exchange:

The fastest way to handle a return or exchange is to take the product back to the store. 

If shipping:

  2. Ship product with a note confirming the items you would like to exchange or return, and your shipping and contact information to:

Timeline

Refunds will be notified via email within 5 business days of receipt of the product.

Exchanges will be shipped within 10-14 days of receipt. Email notification will be sent to confirm shipment.
